## Can I build my store before paying?

Yes. Create one store, prepare products and design, and preview the storefront for free. Choose a subscription when you are ready to make your store live.

## How does the 14-day trial work?

The first eligible subscription for a business account includes a 14-day trial. A payment method is required at checkout. Your selected monthly or yearly subscription is charged after the trial unless you cancel. Changing plans or starting another subscription does not reset trial eligibility.

## Can I pay monthly or yearly?

Yes. All prices are in USD. Launch is $9.99 monthly or $95 billed once per year; Grow is $30 monthly or $288 yearly; Scale is $99 monthly or $959 yearly. Confirm the billing cadence and total shown at checkout before subscribing.

## How do I cancel or manage billing?

The business account owner can manage billing from Settings → Plan and open the billing portal to cancel the subscription or update the payment method. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Review the effective cancellation date shown in the portal.

## How many stores can I run on each plan?

Build lets you prepare one draft store. Launch supports up to 3 created and live stores, Grow supports up to 5, and Scale has no store limit. These limits apply to the business account, not separately to each team member.

## What is included in every paid plan?

Every paid plan includes the storefront builder, custom domains, products, orders, inventory, customers, built-in analytics, offers, store tests, funnel reports, advertising pixel connections, team roles, and supported app integrations. Planned integrations are labeled separately in the app directory.

## What does Grow add?

Grow adds capacity for 5 stores, more reliable marketing event delivery for ad measurement, and priority support.

## What does Scale add?

Scale removes the store limit and adds tools for managing a large store portfolio, priority onboarding, and priority support.

## Are payment processing fees included?

No. Payment providers charge their own processing fees under your agreement with them. The current Mercanest online platform fee is 0%; cash-on-delivery orders also carry a 0% Mercanest platform fee. Review the applicable fee terms in billing before subscribing.

## Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades can take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at renewal, and store usage must fit within the lower plan's capacity. Review the price and effective date before confirming a change.

## What happens if a subscription payment fails?

Mercanest provides a 14-day payment recovery window. Store data and storefront content are preserved if billing is later suspended, and access can be restored after payment recovery.
