Keep store membership deliberate. Invite only the people who need access, review their responsibilities, and remove access when someone leaves. Products, orders, customers, and domains belong to the store where you manage them.

Protect your account

Use a unique password and the authentication options offered by your account. Avoid shared credentials. Check the address before signing in and never send credentials in support requests.

Review connected services

Payment, email, and marketing integrations connect your store to separate provider accounts. Review the permissions and settings for each service and revoke access to providers you no longer use.

Report a concern

Use the support options in your signed-in workspace to report a suspected security issue. Describe the affected page and the steps that exposed the issue without accessing another person's data. This page does not claim third-party security certifications or contractual service guarantees.
